Michael Gallo
Principal Consultant / Partner
Mike is Partner and Principal Consultant at The Federal Pricing Group. With over 25 years of experience in federal acquisition, Mike has covered all sides and in many roles including government cost analyst, project manager, CFO, Division VP, and federal consultant. Mike has specialized expertise in parametric cost and pricing models and analysis and deep analytical experience and skills in contracts cost and pricing analysis, program life cycle cost estimating, cost volume lead, indirect rate analyses, and independent government cost estimates, and independent cost reviews and assessments. Current and past Government clients include USAID, DoD, Department of the Navy, Army, DHS, and the GAO.
Mike is a professional member of both the National Contracts Management Association, the Association for Proposal Management Professionals, and is a lifetime member of the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo.
Dan Fox
Principal Consultant / Partner
Dan Fox is Partner and Principal Consultant at Federal Pricing Group. With over 20 years in Federal Contracting, Dan has led numerous successful federal contracts by pricing, negotiating, and leading these strategic captures through contract completion. As a Finance Manager and primary audit interface, Dan led interactions with DCAA, DCMA, and Internal/External audit groups for completion of revenue audits, contract audits, provisional rates, and incurred cost proposals. As a Director of Business Administration, Dan continued to provide expertise in indirect rate structuring and audit, along with leading high profile capture planning, proposal pricing strategy, and subcontractor management. In addition, Dan worked to realign corporate resources to implement shared services models and streamline budget planning.
Dan holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Florida State University is a professional member of the National Contracts Management Association .
