Federal Pricing Group (FPG) is a consulting firm specializing in Proposal Pricing, Cost Volume Management, Cost Analysis, Indirect Cost Budgeting and Structuring, and delivering Training Courses. FPG serves growing small- and medium-size Federal Contractors and Federal Contracting Officers. Federal Pricing Group is based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and provides services nationwide.

  • Access to Experts: We are always available for ad-hoc advisory support and mentoring. Even if we are not working on an active proposal, many of our clients enjoy advisory support task orders where they can tap into our diverse knowledge base to address a variety or pre- and post-award situations and concerns.
  • Access to Salary Surveys: Included in our pricing is access to salary survey information. We provide salary survey information and analysis to meet the solicitation requirements and inform pricing decisions.
  • Expert Guidance: Our background is shaped from decades of contracting experience across a wide variety of Federal customers and product/service offerings, and our knowledge base grows every day with every engagement. Consistent with our value proposition, our senior consultants have seen the challenges you are facing and can provide guidance to shorten the response time, which will pay for itself in efficiency in both schedule and resources.
  • Safeguarded Proprietary Information: We operate under strict Non-Disclosure terms and we never use your proprietary data for any purpose outside of your consulting engagement. We are not a "Price To Win (PTW)" shop and we will never harvest your proprietary data to feed into PTW tools and algorithms for competitors to purchase and use against you.
  • Proven Processes: On each engagement, FPG will implement its proven pricing management processes and templates to ensure consistent quality and outcomes in accordance with the terms of the contract.
